"As one of the fastest growing school districts in the State, the Greenwich Township School District has depended on accurate and timely demographic projections to make critical planning decisions. Dr. Joseph Richardson and Whitehall Associates have filled that role well. For the past ten years, Dr. Richardson has worked closely with administration and the Board of Education to review and analyze the growth patterns of Greenwich Township. His collaboration with the township planners has further provided necessary information that contributed to accurate projections for the township population."

Whitehall prepared the demographics for 13 of the 30 Abbott districts in the initial Abbott Long Range Facility Plan (LRFP) and assisted the NJDOE in assessing all the Abbot district demographics for that LRFP submission.  Whitehall also reviewed the demographic requirements in the draft Title 6A code that was later adopted and became the law requiring the LRFP for other districts.  Whitehall prepared the demographics for 23% of New Jersey school districts for the 2000 LRFP.
